Founded in Hamburg in 1919, WISKA develops and produces innovative products for customers worldwide. Over 235 employees work at two locations in Kaltenkirchen, our company´s headquarters, and 300 worldwide.

Our cable glands are used around the globe and are characterized by flexible applications in diverse areas of industry as well as the highest quality standards. For the maritime industry, we are a supplier of lighting and electrical installation equipment. Every day again, our products prove their efficiency, even under the most adverse conditions. Our VARITAIN range is one of the most innovative reefer container sockets worldwide. With our CCTV technology, WISKA sets worldwide standards in terms of video surveillance.

In order to deliver the highest quality, we control every process of the entire supply chain ourselves. Research and development, material selection and purchasing, construction and manufacturing, testing and test methods, consulting, sales, marketing, logistics, after-sales service – everything is in our hands and is controlled by strict quality management.

Because of increasing demand, we are constantly expanding our production capacity. Our plant now consists of over 40 injection molding machines.

Proximity to customers and on-site support are very important to us. A global network of representatives and subsidiaries in China, the UK, India, Paraguay, Spain, Brazil, and South Korea are now part of the WISKA family.

At WISKA, not only are our products a priority but we also take our social responsibility seriously. We are committed to the ZVEI (German Electro and Digital Industry Association) and VDMA (German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Association) Code of Conduct and thus to achieving a common understanding of ethical values in relation to working conditions, social and environmental sustainability, transparency, and trustful cooperation.
