Amphenol LTW RJ45 ethernet plug connectors are rated to IP67 for water resistance, and are available in several variations, including receptacle, coupler, receptacle with cable, overmolded with cable and field installable for Cat. 5e and coupler or field installable for Cat. 6A. The Cat. 5e versions are available in plastic or metal and come in a 2 or 3 point lock bayonet mating style.
