Design and Construction of Sewage and Wastewater Treatment Processes and Manufacture of High-Efficiency Energy Saving Aerator
It is an energy-saving high-efficiency energy saving aerator (ESA) using the water jet principle.
The aerator is an equipment that supplies oxygen to microorganisms that treat sewage and wastewater in a tank. It can be applied to any treatment plant where biological treatment is possible.
Aquaworks' High Efficiency Energy Saving Aerator (ESA) has improved oxygen transfer efficiency from 15%-20% to 68.6% (KTR) compared to conventional Membrane aerators.
Oxygen produced by the High Efficiency Energy Saving Aerator (ESA) collides with water to create microbubbles, which are forcibly dissolved in the liquid and stay more than twice as long as the existing aerator. In particular, the area of bubbles generated by the High Efficiency Energy Saving Aerator (ESA) is 2.3 times larger than that of the existing Membrane Aerator, which greatly increases the oxygen transfer rate.
Of the total water treatment process, the biological treatment process using the aerator accounts for 94%, but the existing method is inefficient and there were cost and safety problems because the aerator had to be installed on the bottom of the aeration tank (water tank that injects air into wastewater). Aquaworks' High Efficiency Energy Saving Aerator (ESA) was installed like a straw from the top, not the floor, so the existing closed space work disappeared, and maintenance work was possible without having to drain the water.
ESA can applicable to biological treatment processes of various wastewater (livestock, leachate, paper-pulp wastewater or other high concentrated wastewater)
