Summary

Electromagnetic heat meter is made with international latest technology, used to measure the heat volume of the heat transporting fluid in thermal transfer system. It has adopted platinum thermal resistance for temperature measurement with high accuracy, high stability, which can be widely used for heat metering in central heating system of civilian residential area, office building and enterprises.

 

 

 

Principle of Measurement

The electromagnetic heat meter works according to electromagnetic induction law of Faraday. The sensor is mainly composed of measuring tube with isolated lining, a pair of electrodes in stalled by penetration of the measuring tube wall, a pair of cols and iron core to produce working magnetic field. When the heat transporting fluid flows through the measuring tube, the voltage signal in direct proportion to the average flow velocity of the fluid will be inducted on the electrodes, and the temperature difference can be inducted by the temperature sensor on the transmitter, then heat difference can be calculated and showed through the display.
