Features

- Single acting pneumatic actuator operation

- The 3 way valve with ports A, B and C.

- Mainly, the purpose of this valve is to control the incoming shot ball or grit.

- Control the amount of the shot ball or grit by adjusting the handle.

GRIT VALVE
It is installed at the bottom of the blast tank and serves to transfer the shot ball to the hose together with the high pressure air.

Unlike the ball control method, which is popular in the market, it is easy to operate continuously by pop-up method by cone, and it is convenient to repair and replace in case of abnormality.

There is a handle at the top of the valve to allow the amount of inflowing shot ball to be adjusted.

TEE and CONE combined with valves can be partially replaced.

GRIT V/V TEE
It is attached to the bottom of GRIT V / V and it is made finer and stronger by heat treatment such as quenching and tempering to minimize abrasion.

There are 40-40A, 40-32A, 32-32A, 25A, and 20A sizes depending on the piping facilities.
 

GRIT V/V CONE
It is more effective to use the abrasion-resistant soft rubber to flow and block the shot ball in the valve than urethane.

It is made of aluminum material inside of cone to prevent rusting and pressing, so it is easy to replace.
