FILLER VALVE(POP-UP VALVE)

Usually, the blast tank is divided into two spaces.

It is attached to the top and middle part inside the blast tank to control the inflow of shot ball in the blast tank.

The air flows into the cylinder only in one direction, so the operation is smooth and the cylinder moves up and down.

The upper cone serves as a door through which the shot ball passes.

FILLER V/V CONE

It is made of abrasion-resistant soft rubber and is effective as a resilient force for shot ball control which flows into tank.

Cones have ¢ 190 for cylinder and ¢ 145 for general purpose.

FILLER V/V SEAT

Depending on the type of blast tank, it is round and flat type so that the equipment operator can easily fix it in the tank to suit the application and maintain proper tank space.
