목 적

DY-2000 은 기존의 센드페이퍼 및 브러쉬로 원단의 표면을 가공하는 방법을 다이아몬드입자 브러쉬로 가공하여 좀 더 부드럽고, 깔끔하고, 고급스럽게 가공하는 가공기이며, 특히 얇은 원단에 아주 적합한 (면직물, 레이온, 폴리노직, 텐셀, 듀스포, 실크 등) 다양한 가공을 하기위해 개발한 기계이다.

특 징

■ 다이아몬드입자 브러쉬로 원단 표면을 가공하는 가공기이다.

■ 기존의 쎈드피치 및 센딩기에서 가공하지 못한 원단을 다이아몬드 브러쉬 M/C 에서는 할수 있다.

■ 가공속도는 1,000 ~ 2,000 m/h 로 생산성이 타사제품에 비해 높다.

■ 원단 마디 검출 및 통과장치가 자동으로 되어있다.

■ 스위치는 터치스크린으로 되어있어 데이터에 의한 조작으로 간편하고 편리하다.

Purpose

PurposeDY-2000 is a processor treating especially thin fabrics(cotton fabrics, rayon, polynosic, tencel. duspo, silk etc) softly, neatly, and luxurious with brush covered with diamond particles as opposed to existing treatment method of processing fabrics surface with sand paper and brush. It is newly developed machinery which can be used for a variety of processing.

Characteristics

■ Surface of fabrics can be neatly polished with DY-2000 covered with diamond particles.

■ This can be used for processing variety of fabrics such as cotton, knit, rayon, polynosic etc

■ Diamond brush M/C can process those fabrics existing sand pitch and sending machine can not handle.

■ Productivity is very high with processing speed of 1,000 ~ 2,000 m/h compares to other products.

■ lt has automatic function of detecting fabrics joint and passing system.

■ It is simple and convenient to operate as switch is incorporated to touch screen.
