DY-2003A 작업의 효율성, 경제성 및 인력절감 품질향상 제품의 균일화를 목적으로 개발한 AUTOMATIC TUMBLER DRIER입니다. 싱글닛트, 더블닛트, 후직물을 위주로 품질의 향상을 위해 최대한 장점을 살려 기존의 기계에서 생산된 제품보다 한 단계 업그레이드 된 제품을 생산하는데 목적을 둔 기계이며 모든 과정을 데이터에 의한 작업을 할 수 있도록 개발한 기계입니다.

DY-2003A는 연속으로 작업을 할 수 있는 자동연속 텀블러 기계입니다.DY-2003A는 모니터 원터치 스위치로 조작을 하는 자동 기계입니다.가공 원단은 싱글닛트 더블닛트, 후직물등 신축성이 많은 원단을 가공하며, 원단은 무장력에 의한 이송으로 원단의 수축률을 0~3% 범위에서 자유롭게 가공할 수 있습니다.DY-2003A는 전 공정을 데이터에 의하여 작업을 하며 품질을 균일화 할 수 있으며 일관된 생산을 합니다.DY-2003A는 스프레이 및 워싱을 별도의 장치 없이작업을 할 수 있으며 원단의 생산량은 400~500kd/h 으로 작업을 합니다. 생산성 향상 및 인력절감으로 고부가가치를 창출합니다.

PURPOSE

This machine is an Automatic Tumbler Drier developed with the goal of achieving efficiency gains, economic benefits, quality assurance, consistency in output and reduced labor costs. With the focus on quality improvement of single knit, double knit, heavy cotton fabrics, we have improved upon old models so that much better products can be produced throughthis new model. Furthermore, our device is designed to operate automatically based on computerized data.

CHARACTERISTICS

This is a continuous automatic tumbler drier that allows for continuous operation.This machine is manipulated through the monitor one-touch switch.This machine is mostly for highly elastic fabrics such as single knit, double knit, heavy cotton fabrics. Fabrics can be processed within shrinkage scope of 1~3% thanks to no-tension transportation.This deviceallows for consistency in quality and production because it is designed to operate automatically based on the input data. This machine does not require separate devices for spraying and washing. The output is usually 400~500kg/h. This device creates value by increasing productivity while reducing labor costs.
