RS-105 and RRS-15 are superb for sealing cables and pipes in penetration by finishing the outside with Remitite Silicone Sealant 105 after protecting the inside with RRS-15 sleeves.
Cable & Pipe Penetration Sealing System is rated in classes A-60 and H-120 and shows excellent fire-resistance, expandability and endothermic performance.
RS-105 and RRS-15 expand up to 20 times its original volume when exposed to temperatures above 180℃. During this expansion process, a porous mass is formed, which has thermal insulation properties. Also, this expansion is not accompanied by the formation of large amounts of fumes. This system is proven as an ultraviolet radiation and ozone interceptor.
