Shapes of Spatter depending on Diameter
Below shows sieved spatters. Left figure shows coarse spatters generated from conventional inverter and SCR, and thus easily stick to the products and difficult to remove.
Right photo shows fine spatters generated from our Magic Arc and they are non-sticky and easy to remove.
Waveform of welding current and voltage [Magic Arc, SEIL]
Current and voltage waveforms of Magic Arc are as follows.
Waveform of welding current and voltage by waveform control [Magic Arc, SEIL]
Left figure shows waveform of welding current and voltage for conventional welding machine and right photo shows waveform for Magic Arc.
