2. Types of impeller

a. Lower disc : Lower disc impeller mounted at the bottom of the vessel creates effective mixing at the top speed of 1100 rpm.

b. Paddle : Paddle impeller mounted to the center shaft mixing the product at a slow speed.

c. Disper : Dispersing impeller runs at a high speed for powder dispersion and product mixing.

d. Scraper : Teflon scrapers mounted to the impeller wings and outer shaft scrape the vessel wall for good mixing result.

e. Anchor scraper : Anchor shape impeller and Teflon scrapers generate increased mixing force for heavy product.

f. Propeller : Propeller impeller creates up/down product movement at a high speed.
