YECOA YL-415 is a preventive agent for corrosion and binding of bolts and nuts for high temperatures and high pressures, having the functions for protection from high temperatures and preventing easy loosening.

ㆍHeat resistance: A higher heat resistance than aluminum (melting point of 660℃) as it withstands high temperatures up to 1260℃ by containing Ceramic Powder.

ㆍPressure resistance: Withstanding high pressures up to 210kg/㎠ (3,000 psi)

ㆍPart replacement costs are saved by reducing friction and wear of metal parts and rubber parts.

ㆍPrevention of binding, flaws, rust, and corrosion.

ㆍWater resistance and weatherproofing: Excellent weatherproofing for marine environments and humid environments due to water resistance to water, saltwater spray, steam, etc. allowing outdoor seas as well.

ㆍFor chemical industry: Drain valve, conveyor dryer, turbine, filter press, inline mixer, heat exchanger, high-pressure reactor, etc.

How to use

ㆍAlways wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍDegrease oil content, dirt and dust on the metal surface by using YL-107.

ㆍShake the container before using it.

ㆍApply it 20∼30cm away from target object.

ㆍApply it again depending on desired thickness.

ㆍSolvent resistance, cohesion and heat resistance increase.

ㆍPlease confirm the application.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in a place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in a closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
