It was established on July 5, 2017, through the acquisition of Nearfield Petroleum Services Sdn. Bhd., a licensed Petronas contractor. After the acquisition, the company was renamed Surya Nautika. Nearfield Petroleum Services Sdn. Bhd. was initially incorporated on March 12, 1996. Our primary clients include major oil and gas companies like Petronas, Shell, and ExxonMobil, as well as other local and international oil and gas contractors. The company presently owns and operates four fast crew boats and is expecting the delivery of two new vessels in November 2023 and February 2024.
