The UG7500W is our finest waterborne spray gun cleaner, built to satisfy the cleaning requirements of professional painters. It features automatic cleaning as well as manual cleaning of spray guns, components and other tools in a large separate stainless steel cleaning sink with a Flow-through brush, rinse spigot and blow gun for drying.

Manual Cleaning

a large stainless steel sink 16″w x 16″d with work screen for manual cleaning. A painter can disassemble spray equipment and detail clean the parts, first with wash water using a Flow-through brush and then clean rinse using a spigot. The flow of water through each cleaning tool is activated by a foot pedal and powered by a 2″ dual diaphragm pump. Flow is adjustable. Spray guns are dried with a blow gun.

Automatic Cleaning

• Top loading. Cleans 2 spray guns in under 5 minutes.
• Injection of air into the wash water stream creates micro-agitation to break up waterborne paint on the surface of the spray gun.
• Complete with 2 quarts of California-friendly AQUA KLEEN (102-8200) concentrate and 2 HDPE pails. 1 bottle of AQUA KLEEN is added to 5 gallons of water in the HDPE pail to enhance the cleaning power of water.
• Wash Tank is constructed from stainless steel for longer life. The tank size is 17.25″ w x 13.5″ d x 14″h.
  Washing is activated by a wash timer and powered by a long lasting dual diaphragm pump that outputs 3.7 gallons of water per minute.
• Mounting adapters fit popular conventional cup systems and disposable cup systems to deliver water to thoroughly wash the paint channel.
• 14 swirl action jets deliver cleaning water to wash the outside of 2 spray guns.
• Pump halts immediately if the lid is raised during cleaning, to prevent exposure to solvent, providing a safe operation.
• Stainless steel mesh filter keeps water cleaner and debris from reaching the diaphragm pump.
• Plastic Cone prevents water from entering air passageway. Cone also provides positive air flow through air passageway to keep water from entering at the cap.
• Customer disposes of dirty water in accordance with local requirements.
• Folding stainless steel cover protects the cleaning area from airborne dust, dirt and other unwanted materials when the unit is not in use.
• Comes with one water wash pail inside the cabinet, trigger clamps and SOPs.

Operation

Automatic Cleaning

• Place the spray gun on the mounting adapter in the cleaning tank and turn the automatic timer. A 4-inch diaphragm pump drives cleaning water up through 1) the mounting adapters to flush the paint channel of the spray  gun and 2) through 14 spray jets to  wash overspray from the outside of the gun. Water drains back into the customer supplied pail, for reuse, a green approach.
• Press the air rinse button to flush the wash water and then press the clean rinse button to send 100 CC of clean water through the jets to rinse the spray guns. Two guns are cleaned in 1 minutes.
• Manual Cleaning:
• A painter can disassemble spray equipment and detail clean the parts, first with a wash water using a Flow-through brush and then clean rinse using a spigot and dry with a blow gun.

Specifications

• Requires minimum of 85 PSI, 2 CFM of clean dry air. Pressure regulator is built in.
• Pump for automatic wash: 4″ dual diaphragm pump with unique shuttle valve for long life, output is 3.7 gal/min (14 L/min).
• Pumps for brush and spigot: two 2″ dual diaphragm pump with unique shuttle valve for long life, output is 1.9 gal/min (7 L/min).
• Cleans waterborne paint from the following types of spray guns: gravity, siphon, pressure and cleans pots.
