EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment) is designed to support the ground test of electronic devices for satellite by measuring their performance and functionality while analyzing any design flaws in terms of both hardware and software.
AP Satellite Inc. has localized the development of EGSE for testing the payload's major electronic devices while undertaking the KOMPSAT-3 and KOMPSAT-3A projects. Currently, we are in the process of developing the BUS EGSE for geostationary satellites GEOKOMPSAT-2A&B and next-generation Compact Advanced Satellite, CAS500-1&2.
- BUS EGSE for ground testing electronic devices devices (e.g. power meter, TC&R)
- XDM EGSE and IDHU EGSE for ground testing payload's electronic devices (video processing device, X-band transmitter and antenna)
- Ground testing support equipment for launching sites
BUS EGSE is designed to support ground testing of bus system's electronic devices (e.g. power meter, TC&R) in terms of their performance and functionality during the AIT period.
Currently, AP Satellite Inc. is undertaking the following projects:
