SAMHWA PRECISION offers broad range of door closers designed and manufactured to meet the comprehensive applications, such as surface mounted door closers, overhead closers, and floor springs for residential and commercial purpose. All door control products are tested by Intertek/Underwriters Laboratory (UL)  and acquired certificates for UL, cUL, ANSI/BMHA A156.4  Grade 1, and EN1154, proven by the global customers over the decades for schools, hospitals,  and other high traffic environment, such as shopping malls, stations, and government buildings. The door closers is rack and pinion type with cast iron or aluminum closer body controlled by separate  hydraulic sweep, latch, and back-check valve. Door closers are available with fixed size from Size 2 to Size 5 and adjustable size from 1-6. SNB shall be furnished as standard along with fasteners for wood and metal doors and frames. The closers are certified to ANSI/BHMA A 156.4-2013 Grade 1 and meets A.D.A requirements of Barrier Free when used on a 36” door. Considering the various installation environments in the field, the standard packaging is tri-packed with parallel bracket and screw pack for regular arm, parallel arm, and top jamb application. All closers are non-handed.
