Established in 1979 as a specialist in defense industry products and ship engines, Doowon Heavy Industrial has been producing compressors for automotive applications since 1993. Since 2008, we have successfully developed and mass-produced variable and electric compressors using proprietary technology, which are now installed in key models of global car manufacturers.

Additionally, we actively participate in government-level defense and aerospace industries, including projects such as KSLV structures, guided missile airframe structures, and satellite thermal control devices.

Looking ahead, we are dedicated to becoming a leading company in automotive compressors. We are channeling our efforts into the development of eco-friendly products such as CO2 compressors.
