UHP Springless type Pressure Reducing Regulators

DRA 300 Series is the springless reducing regulator designed to use at the special manufacturing line of ultra-high pure semi-conductors, bulk gas lines, valve manifold boxes and other laboratory. It has no conventional spring and adopts “flat wave ring spring” (patent 10-2010-0113521) to shuf off particle that may be generated from spring itself (with long time using fatigue) so that it can be more affordable for ultra high purity application. Its optional material as 316L VAR (Double melt VAR) and more suitable to corrosive Gas using application. Material to Material sealing is done onto the boundary surface of between diaphragm and body and it is treated with precision to the grade of microinch E.P 10 Ra and 5 Ra. Tied-diaphragm type regulator connects the diaphragm and main valve together which prevents pressure loss and so maximizes safety of the regulator. In order to prevent generation of impurities, it is cleaned DI water and the internal surface is treated to the grade of E.P 10 Ra and 5 Ra. All the process assembly, welding, testing and cleaning of this DRA 100 series is carried out and thoroughly managed in the 100-class and 10-class clean room. 

Drastar regulators are designed and manufactured for easier operation by equipping with the DRASTAR’s own developed “push and lock” type(patent number 1086199) handle that completely prevents the slight change of pre-set value that can be caused by the vibration from outside or minute vibration at the gas pipeline. you can prevent the slight-changing of pre-set value just by pushing the handle and reset the value freely by drawing the handle. This push and lock system has been created and applied patent for DRASTAR regulators.
