This equipment prevents possible transformation during quenching process for heated working objects durability, it can provide continuous work with improving product quality and minimizing the length of cooling water tank used for quenching process.
Also it can apply cooling process object by using jig or long cooling process object and have the rapid cooling effect.
Additionally, when the cooling water tank goes down without any tilt, it can work on cooling without fixing jig or quenching object. In the quenching process, it can keep the water level steady without causing temperature difference.
