Ultrasonic cleaning system - LCD optical lens
This is a dedicated LCD glass optical lens cleaner that consists of at least 7 tanks. It cleans off the dirt or dust on the surface of a component before assembly by dissolving oil with alkali detergent using the cavitation phenomenon of ultrasonic waves and by adding a pure surfactant to enhance cleaning of foreign substances from the glass surface/ It then dehydrates the cleaned object using IPA or Anti Wetting Agent , and dries it using steam, which provides the best quality glass surface. The standard product has 11 tanks, and the number of tanks can be customized depending on the manufacturing process. This product is completely localized, and only our company supplies this product in Korea's market.

Ultrasonic cleaning system water soluble P.C.B.
This is a dedicated P.C.B. cleaner that is able to handle up to the complete drying process it uses a method to dilute a small amount of pure detergent and spray it to the water soluble flux and rosin flux remaining in the P.C.B. after the soldering process. It can be applied to a wide range of P.C.B. products with various specifications, and it saves costs since it uses a small amount of pure detergent. It is appropriate for manufacturing process automation as it can be connected to the processes before and after the automatic cleansing line by using a mesh conveyor.
