PREPADOS는 지정된 농도의 현탁액이나 수용액을 지속적으로 용해하는 설비로써 분진이 발생하지 않도록 설계되어 있으며, 현장에서 전기배선 및 용수배관만 연결 후 바로 사용 가능

용해 및 저장조 점검구 – 용해조 내부를 살핌, 오버플로우, 드레인, 레벨스위치, 성능수류분사장치 – 강력한 수류로 분체와 용수를 1차 혼합
용수공급장치 수동차단밸브 – 비상시 용수공급을 수동으로 차단
감압밸브 – 수압을 항상 일정하게 유지하는 역할을 함
여과기 – 용수에 포함된 오염물질 차단
솔레노이드밸브 – 일정농도 유지를 위해 자동으로 용수공급을 조절
유량계 – 유량을 최소 4000 L/hr로 유지되도록 점검
분체공급장치 모타 – 회전속도를 1-99%로 인식하여 정교한 분체공급이 가능함
스크류 – 각회의 회전시 동일한 양의 분체공급
토출구 – 열선이 장착되어 습기의 유입을 방지함
진동장치 – 분체의 고착을 방지함
Silo(분체저장 hopper) 용량 : 1-100m³
