For the perfect movement and geometric accuracy, 8 faces Ram is composed of 4 ground way and 4 gib way during critical maximum Y cross travel and 1860mm/2010mm guide way length of the Saddle which is long enough to prevent “Ram drooping”, guarantees geometric accuracy during critical maximum Y cross travel. Also the monolithic and symmetric column guarantees high rigidity performances. 2 INA steel way and INA roller shoes with 3 turcite guide ways and 1 gib way in combination reduce "Stick-Slip" and reach to the “Damping effect” for the smooth vertical movement. Furthermore it prevents saddle deviation during critical maximum Y cross travel. Also LM ball screw support system with the ball screw vibration absorber can make the vibration-free running, the noise reduction and also the no accuracy deformation.
