1. Wire feeding Unit
3 pairs of rollers with a pressure adjustable function can feed and strip most commonly used wires even 3.0 sqmm.
Encoder compensates the length if there is any length variation.

2. Cutting & Stripping Unit
The unit consists of 6 -piece blades, 2 pieces for each front end stripping, cutting and rear end stripping. Stripped jackets directly drop down to the recently improved inlet to reduce bad cutting and stripping. The strip sensor designed to detect bad stripping simultaneously working with blades enhances precise and fast detection.
additional blades are ready to cut off bad rear end stripping and discard them into a designated box.

3. Crimping Unit
Most common applicators are able to be installed to these 2 ton presses both for the front and rear crimping. Choices
for 40mm or 30mm stroke, and 8T or 17.5T base plates are available. By adopting an quick change-over base plate, tool change time can decrease. Additional buttons are added to both presses to prevent operators from any accidents during the test.

4. Main Control Box
All PCB boards are placed in a separate control box to prevent electric noise, heating & vibrations. The control box can be locked by a manager to protect PCBs and operators in case unauthorized person might open and improperly use them. All PCB boards installed in a box have been tested and proved their safety and stability by Korea Institute of Standard and Technology.

5. Touch Monitor
The newly adopted touch monitor gets wider (15") and stronger to withstand vibration and electric noise. The graphic supported program enhances easy to use interface and the time to flip over the next page is shortened by increasing the sensitivity of the screen. Choice among three languages Korean, English and Chinese is standard. as well. When jobs are done, information about each job is saved into one of 1,000 job memories.

6. Air Filter
Cooling air is filtered and supplied to the main control box to maintain clean and dust free environment. Only thing to do is just replace a filter regularly.
