1. Diversification of design models
In order to provide customers with satisfying cooling tower systems, KIMCO’s experienced engineers use high-tech computer systems to provide a wide range of cooling tower models by considering customers’ preference of civil engineering, construction, water treatment, environment, design, thermal efficiency, and performance.
2. Variety of material selection
During the modeling phase of the cooling tower system, KIMCO’s engineers assist customers in selecting the most suitable materials for structures such as FRP, steel and PC/ RF concrete. Most fillers are created by PVC film type, but other shapes and materials are also available for the special occasions.
3. Selecting the optimal model
The foundational design of the cooling tower system is to provide models and specifications of the various cooling towers instantly, and to optimize modeling simulations of facility costs and total operating costs. We provide the facility cost, operating cost,and external dimensions of cooling towers’ necessities for optimum model selection. We also provide: thermal load characteristics and empirical rules for power generation, steel, chemical oil, and semiconductor to help you model optimal basic design. Additionally, cooling tower modeling for optimizing plant-wide heat exchangers, circulation pumps, cooling water piping and related equipment for combinations of circulating water quantity and cooling water temperature difference and different combinations of cooling water temperature and approach at the same load is also provided.
Design Flexibility
1. Cell Size
KCL Series are available in numerous basic cell sizes. Length and width may vary in 6’ or 2m. Tower height, fill height, and fill density are also variable.
Within each cell size, our designers can choose from numerous possible component combinations. Several options may result in economical selections capable of the thermal performance requirements, but only one will optimally satisfy the fan horsepower, pump head, plan area, and other evaluation parameters contained in your specifications.
Our design engineers use the high technology simulation program to review each cooling tower application to assure that the components selected will work together as an integrated system for efficient performance and long life – the proven systematic approach to cooling tower design.
2. High Performance
Fills and Eliminators in the cooling tower are very important components in maintaining the maximum performance without problem for a long time. Our skilled engineers have close consideration of many related conditions such as types of material used, condition of water quality, installation method, etc. and help the customers for the cooling tower with the maximum performance and also design for lowest drift rates.

With regard to the operating cost of towers, KIMCO engineers could offer various design selection to customers for their needs.
