Motivation for Development
We visited the site of Company L, a large domestic enterprise, several times at its request necessary for the OLED process in 2005 to collect opinions about workers’ convenience, and developed and commercialized the UV curing machine for OLED with excellent productivity. The purpose was to investigate high UV energy and UV outside the of the OLED process chamber, and water cooling was used to keep temperatures low during the investigation. 

Main Use : For OLED-manufacturing process line and customers that require high-power low-temperature curing 

Product Features
① The size of equipment also varies depending on the size of the OLED substrate.
② Used to bond the cap and the pattern glass and deposit protective film layers in the ENCAP process of the OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) manufacture process
③ Set at least 90% of irradiation uniformity in the size of more than the maximum irradiation area of 375x 620 to 730x920
④ Apply the power controller that can adjust the lamp power to set and manipulate necessary UV energy easily Also contribute to energy savings with the lowest power at a time other than the irradiation time by using the switching power supply
⑤ Apply the shutter for UV protection and opening and shutting, and minimize the light leakage phenomenon
⑥ Capable of being remotely controlled in conjunction with the power supply, and designed for easy operation and maintenance by displaying the status of and a failure in the equipment through the display meter
