This equipment is a vehicle seat WCS assembly line which creates serial numbers for products to confirm their types, judge their quality, and assembles each components of seats. It checks for omissions of components during assembly, and sends data to the PC. Also, it gives bolt contract torque and actual seat load to measure the weight of each points, and save/manage the data on the PC to define management of production and quality.
