Vortex Air Conveyor Vac(Self-Compensating)

Seyang Vortex Air Conveyor Vac is a product that can transfer parts strongly and quickly within the range of compressed air (3~9.9Kgf/cm²).

No electricity or moving parts are required. It is suitable for transferring parts to industrial sites. In addition, it can transfer a large number of parts because its internal duct is large compared to the outer diameter of the appearance. It is made out of aluminum or stainless steel and four types are arranged. So, you can select appropriate specifications suitable for your industrial site.

Seyang Vortex Air Conveyor Vac can transfer a large number of products easily from a distance. As soon as compressed air of the proper pressure is input to the air inlet of Vortex Air Conveyor Vac, a strong vacuum is generated and a transfer operation is performed. This is trouble-free and safe. The only thing to note is that you should not do intake and vacuum in areas or regions where chemicals exit or explosion may occur when using Vortex Air Convey Vac. Vortex Air Conveyor Vac is a transfer device fast, inexpensive, and safe.

 

 

Operating Principle

Compressed air flows through the inlet

(1)into an annular plenum chamber
(2)It is then injected into the throat through directed nozzles
(3)These jets of air create a vacuum at the intake
(4) which draws material in and accelerates it through the unit (5) for conveying over long vertical or horizontal distances.
