Marine and weather measuring equipment and Water quality automatic measuring equipment manufacturer
To ensure the thermal integrity of a subsea system, the manifolds and jumpers often need to be insulated to protect the production fluid from cooling and hydrates forming. Thermal insulating materials in the form of polyurethane, syntactic polyurethane, epoxy or phenolic syntactic are applied to the outer surface of the structures.
As a result of their size, larger structures are fabricated or completed at the fabrication yard prior to load out. Application of the insulation in this case is carried out at the engineering contracts yard. The scope of the thermal insulation can therefore be the responsibility of the fabricator, but often remains that of the well head (XMT) manufacturer.
We have the capacity to deploy upward of twelve site teams simultaneously throughout the world. These operations are supported by local offices and a network of agents who can provide on the ground, round the clock access to trained local personnel.
Features
We have a wide range of insulation solutions and a strong track record of supply with expert knowledge in regard to qualified material technology and recognised quality and HSE certification
We have mobile site operations able to relocate anywhere in the world to function on client sites with a capacity to insulate structures in-house in both Skelmersdale (UK) and Houston (USA)
