On April 1, 2021, Sojitz Machinery is newly established as a core business company in the machine segment of Sojitz group by the integration of former Sojitz Machinery Corporation, Sojitz Marine & Engineering Co., Ltd., Sojitz Autorans Co., Ltd., and e-Energy Corporation.
The aims of the integration are ①concentration and efficiency of the management resources, ② reinforcement of the financial foundation, and ③ enhancement of products and services.
With these integration effects, we deepen and strengthen our supply chain, maintenance and after-sales service functions which respond to digitalization and build the organization which can respond to customers’ needs cross sectionally. Key Word is “change and speed “.

Regarding existing business areas of former 4 companies that are related to environment & 3 R (reuse, reduce, recycle), life industry, mobility, EV/Secondary battery, energy, and marine machinery, we integrate and reorganize them to operate efficient programs with a sense of scale.

On the other hand, we follow the slogan from former Sojitz Machinery, that is “tackling challenges and innovationreforms without fear of failure”, and we act proactively in tackling new business. Moreover, we try to expand our business in the growing business fields, such as medical & health care, logistics, and automation in ASEAN and other regions.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the importance of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) has been strongly recognized in the world. Among the 17 goals of SDGs, we set following 4 goals as our specific objectives; No.7 ” Affordable and clean energy “, No. 8 ” Decent work and economic growth”, No. 9 “Industry, innovation and infrastructure”, and No. 13 “Climate action”
