We are SOS LAB Co., Ltd.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has been interested in our products.
Since the founding of Smart Optical Sensors LAB and SOS LAB in 2016, we have been running with the vision to make a smarter world with LIDAR. Here, 'smart world' means a safer and more convenient world. Now, in 2024, we are preparing for a new leap forward as we are finally going public with an IPO.
I think LiDAR sensors are a new vision of vision (camera) technology. It is a new vision sensor that goes beyond the limits of existing camera sensors that cannot accurately measure distance values, such as difficulty in photographing or infringing on personal information when it is dark. In the end, we believe that LiDAR can be applied sequentially to various applications where existing cameras are used. We want to contribute to making a smarter world by making LiDAR sensors cheaper and smaller, that is, better mass productivity.
For example, the LiDAR sensor will allow the creation of safer ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance) or autonomous vehicles. In addition, it can protect the privacy of individuals while preventing accidents, which can provide solutions to create a safe workplace where the body and mind can be protected.
In particular, even in very heavy and dangerous sites such as heavy industry, heavy equipment, ports, and steel companies, our LiDAR sensor can be used to prevent safety accidents. Even in situations where vigilance monitoring or special security is required, our LiDAR sensor can provide more accurate and safe information to solve accidents and security issues. In addition, it can be applied to outdoor parking control solutions by using the strong LiDAR sensor even in outdoor environments day and night.
Finally, our LiDAR sensor can be applied to various robots used in everyday life, from various transport robots in various smart factories and semiconductor factories. As a robot's eye, it is an important sensor for recognizing obstacles ahead, avoiding collisions, and autonomous driving.
