SIMCO의 S.C.R. RECTIFIER UNIT는 SCR 소자에 의하여 3상 입력 전압을 위상 제어하여 출력 전압을 무단으로 제어할 수 있는 전자석 제어용 정류장치이다.
마그네트는 다양한 종류의 철재를 흡착하여 운반하므로 마그네트에 임의의 전압을 인가하여 선별 흡착할 필요가 있으며 이러한 용도에 충분히 사용할 수 있도록 제작되어 있다.
전압 조정 방식은 운전실이나 리모콘에 의한 운전에도 적합하게 제작되어 있으며 특히 마그네트 운전에서 발생하는 서어지 전압에 충분한 내구력을 갖고 있어 신뢰도가 높다.

Battery Charging Unit for Magnet
SIMCO의 BATTERY CHARGING UNIT는 마그네트의 비상 전원으로 사용되는 배터리를 충전하는 장치로서 배터리의 종류에 따라서 최적의 충전 상태로 조정할 수 있도록 제작되어 있다.
특히 배터리의 충전 상태에 따라서 초기 충전시에는 정전류 충전을 하고 말기에는 자동으로 정전압 방식으로 충전하므로 배터리의 수명을 연장시켜 준다.
* ONE BOARD의 제어 PCB로 구성되어 신뢰성이 높고 보수가 용이하다.
* 충전 방식 선택에 의하여 부등충전 및 균등 충전을 할 수 있다.
* 과충전, 과전류 및 과방전에 대한 보호기능이 있어 배터리를 최적의 상태로 유지시켜 준다.
