YECOA YL-501 is a room-temperature galvanizing method using high-purity fine-particle zinc powder, showing the effects of rust inhibition and corrosion prevention by the electrochemical action between zinc powder and metal. Excellent rust inhibition particularly for harsh environments with much salt or ease of corrosion and even already corroded surfaces.

Usage

ㆍVessel: Bottom and connection part of the vessel, heat exchanger, water tank, drainage tank, marine equipment & facility.

ㆍBridge: Rust inhibition for pier, wire, rope, bridge, bolts, nuts, & welded part.

ㆍVehicle: Muffler, body, lower body, fuel tank inlet, welded parts of heavy equipment, parking facility.

ㆍPower generation: Electrical facility, telegraph transmission power, broadcasting facility, antenna, steel tower, street lamp.

ㆍBuilding: Underground buried pip?e, elbow, steel structure, fence, etc.

How to use

ㆍAlways wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍClean the dust, oil contents, and grease on the metal surface. (Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)

ㆍShake up and down lightly before use.

ㆍSpray twice or three times to make thick film formed.

ㆍSpray it about 20~30cm away from the target object.

ㆍApply it again depending on desired thickness.

ㆍTime for tack-free drying is about 2∼3 minutes.

ㆍComplete hardening takes 24 hours.

ㆍUse the target after complete hardening.

Precautions

 ※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in the place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in the closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
