YECOA YL-601 is a product developed for easy removal of the gasket, paint, enamel, adhesive marks, injection molding carbides of mold from all types of metals with safe and powerful peeling force. articularly, it was manufactured so that gasket and paint were efficiently removed by powerful penetration and dissolution, it penetrated into fine parts by being provided with liquidity to make it suitable for removal operations of the areas difficult to work on. Also, it is an optimum product for operation fields as the compounds without carcinogenicity were used in the composition.

Usage

Peeling of enamel, lacquer, epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, etc.

How to use

ㆍAlways wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍSpray method :

   a. Apply the product evenly to the exfoliation target.

   b. After a time, rub it by using a scraper or brush to remove carbonate.

   c. Evenly apply the product on the item to be cleaned. Wait for approximately30~40 minutes, then scrub the area with a scraper or brush to remove the paint layer.

ㆍDipping method :

   a. Long-time dipping of target object causes exfoliation due to chemical action.

   b. Paint film expands to become bloated.

   c. When exfoliation is finished, clean the target by using a soft cloth or high-pressure water. 

Precautions

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍFlush contaminated skin immediately with copious quantities of water.

ㆍFlush contaminated eye(s) immediately with copious quantities of water.

ㆍMedial assistance should be sought immediately.

ㆍFlush contaminated working clothes with water.

ㆍOpen the cap slowly with care.

ㆍSudden cap opening can cause make can pop up when inner pressure is high.

ㆍWrap the cap with a cloth to open it.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in a place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in the closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
