특 징

■ 본 기계의 특징은 벨벳, 벨로아, 벨보아와 같은 기모직물을 가공하는 기계이다.

■ 기모직물이 디자인이 되어 있는 무늬드럼을 통과하면서 무늬 공간으로 노출되는 부분만 선택적으로 Brushing되어 특정무늬를 만드는 장치의 기계이다.

■ 직물 표면에는 기모가 형성되지 않도록 하여, 스트라이프, 체크등의 다양한 무늬가 형성되도록 되어있다.

■ 표면가공방법은 연속 공급되는 직물원단이 무늬로울러를 따라 이동하게 되어있어 선명한 디자인을 얻을 수 있다.
