본 제품은 Real-Time OneStep RT-PCR 방식을 이용하여 중동호흡기증후군 코로나바이러스 (MERS-CoV)의 감염유무를 검사하는 키트입니다. 세계보건기구 (WHO) 및 질병관리본부의 검사 지침에 따른 제품 구성으로, 중동호흡기증후군 코로나바이러스 upE 유전자 단독검출 시약과 upE/ORF1a/ORF1b 다중 검출 시약을 제공합니다. 별도의 추가 시약 필요 없이 키트 내에 포함되어 있는 시약만으로 PCR을 수행할 수 있으며, 한 tube에서 RT (Reverse Transcription) 반응과 PCR 증폭반응이 순차적으로 진행됩니다. 또한 Positive control로 Control Template가 제공됩니다.
