1. Feeder Bowl(RF-36A): 36"(Φ900mm), 4magnets, 4spring blocks, 3air nozzles. Neo PWM Vibrationg System.

2. Straight steep down rail: 1,250mm length, 30 degree aligned.

3. Straight nail putting CAM system makes good quality of screw thread.

4. Overall up/down setup system makes easy to adjust height of thread.

5. Fine tuning adjusting bolt unit makes best quality of thread.

6. Full feature vector drive with 15HP main driving motor.

7. Main spindle drive by heavy duty sprial bevel gear.

8. Cooling System for both Gear Box & Die Block along with Oil Cooling Radiator.
