Functional additives
Due to the nature of aluminum, most of the brazing process uses double the flux concentration (high concentration, low concentration) When using this functional additive, it is possible to braze with flux of single concentration
Brazing characteristics are improved even when used at a lower concentration than the conventional flux, and the defective connection ratio is also reduced.
In addition, the amount of residue is reduced by reducing the flux concentration.
Usage of functional additives
- Process improvement (Flux single concentration design) If necessary
- If the gap between parts is large (≤ 0.2 mm) and you want to reduce the defect rate
- When it is required to have excellent bonding strength or to increase the fillet formation rate
