Flux filter

 Minimizes defects caused by foreign substances in coating and brazing by filtering scales, contaminants, and foreign substances other than flux, it is the best “Filtration device”.

 - Problems of conventional filters

 1. The general Flux filter is installed with SUS so that only the foreign substances are physically filtered, Nozzles are often clogged and Flux application condition may not be uniformed according to the standard.
 2. Typical Flux filter is a small tray, jig or mesh belt full of rust scale powder Pin holes can be made on the joints because they cannot be removed.

 - Features of Improved Flux Filters

 1. It is transparent acrylic type so you can easily check the cleaning cycle and it can be easily cleaned by one-touch method
 2. The scale entering the flux filter is settled to the bottom by gravity and only the flux is supplied to the nozzle through the filter network
 3. The nozzle is not clogged because foreign matter does not flow and the scale does not flow on the welded part, this machine will be the best choice for “Keeping the appearance of the product clean”.

* In the case of low concentration flux, 60mesh is more thoroughly cleaned.

- Depending on whether binder is used or not, the efficiency of filter can be increased by changing filter direction.

- Piping can be used both in series and in parallel.
   It is recommended to install pipes in parallel if the pressure is high according to the conditions of use.
