Equipment developed for companies which require automatic exposure in the PSR (Photo Image-able Solder Resist) exposure Manual exposure machines require one person per machine, but this equipment allows one person to control the exposure equipment to reduce the workforce and increase productivity.

Product Features
① A large capacity lamp is employed to speed exposure workability. The smallest in the world of the exposure systems with the same performance.
② As an automatic half-collimated light exposure machine for PSR/pattern, this equipment has the exposure size of 510mm x 610mm and is a two-sided sequential exposure system. Control is exercised by a PC, and the parameters for the processing conditions of the product are operated through the touch screen. Loader/Unloaded is optional.
③ This product has a half-collimation angle of 22° degrees or less and is widely used in mass production with a high resolution of 60 to 80㎛.
④ The light source adopts the “sequential double-sided exposure method” using 8kW Metal UV Lamp 2, etc. and the temperature in the lamp house/chamber is controlled with the independent feedback system. The processing speed of the product is 2 to 3 panels per minute.
⑤ This is a high-efficiency equipment that can expose both DFR and PSR with the range of 15 to 25㎽/㎠ for the 5kW UV Flux and 35 to 40mW/㎠ for the 8kw UV Flux, and allows for process management with exposure products. 
⑥ It minimizes light leakage and noise during the operation, is easy to maintain and troubleshoot, and is a model improved in safety.
