Motivation for development
This equipment is a semi-automatic, large-area, vertical exposure machine. It is an LCD peripheral and scan exposure machine. It is a product developed for ITO and CNT exposure, adopts the half-collimated, vertical scan method, and realizes fine patterns with the slit structure. In addition, it is designed to fundamentally solve mechanical distortion (sagging phenomenon) arising from the horizontal exposure method, and with respect to the temperature of the processed surface of the product, the temperature lowering of exposed surface has been realized with the IR filter and loop cooling system. This product is currently used for exposure of the rear side of LCD panel and STN. 

Main Use : For LCD-, ITO- and CNT-manufacturing process.

① Automatically operated after the product is turned on, and operation settings can be made simply on the Touch Screen.
② Adopt the vertical exposure method and the scan method to solve the “mechanical distortion” arising from large-area products with the horizontal exposure method.
③ Designed structurally to minimize the influence of the vibration which can be generated inside and outside the equipment.
④ It adopts a 2- to 3-step safety device structurally to remove the risk that may occur during the mounting and demounting of scan drive and large-area glass exposure. It uses various shield circuits, etc. electrically and electronically, removes high heat effectively, which is generated by the characteristics of the high-power UV lamp, and minimize light leakage, etc.
