The power of the UV lamp is divided into magnetic type and electronic type, and their characteristics are different from each other.
The magnetic type is durable, stands physical changes, is stable and insusceptible to a failure, and can be used despite a failure in a part, while the electronic type is light and susceptible to electric and physical shock and consists of many parts and thus may not work despite a malfunction of some parts. Control and electronic interface are relativity advantageous.
The magnetic UV power supply is a device to use Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to combine a silicon steel and a magnet wire to transform voltage, and is used to convert the level of AC and currents. It is made out of two or more coils with the magnetic path and can get a desired voltage (in proportion with the number of the secondary coils) in the other side in a manner that if the AC is applied to one side, the alternator power is generated. This device minimizes noise and tremors through the use of high-purity magnet wires and the standardization of silicon steels, and the use of the best-quality aramid paper, and maximizes the efficiency of the lamp by making full no-load voltage.
