Whole genome amplification Kit
SEQ-TempliGen™ WGA Kit is a product for isothermal amplification of genomic DNA by Phi29 DNA polymerase. It enables DNA amplification rapidly and accurately using MDA (Multiple Displacement Amplification) mechanism within 4 hrs with small amount of sample by optimized buffer system and innovative DNA polymerase.
