EcoDye™ DNA Staining Solution
EcoDye™ DNA Staining Solution은 fluorescent dye로써 안정적이고 민감한 DNA 염색 dye입니다. Agarose gel 전기 영동 시 toxic 한 Ethidium Bromide(EB)를 대체하여 사용할 수 있는 제품으로 non-mutagenetic, non-cytotoxic 하며 agarose gel 제작 시 소량을 섞어 사용합니다. EcoDye™ DNA Staining Solution은 DNA와 강하게 결합하여 complex를 이루며, UV imaging 또는 LED system을 통해 검출 가능합니다.
