Vortex Air Curtains
Vortex Air Curtain replaces drilled pipe passing the air by drilling holes in a pipe and flat air nozzle, etc.. It provides energy saving effect for the investment, using a small amount of compressed air in the worksite. It is effective in drying, cooling and cleaning the products with large operation areas or the products being conveyed into the conveyor line.
Vortex Air Curtain is a device to jet high speed and high pressure air at a constant flow rate by drawing a small amount of compressed air and ambient air and causing the air to pass through an orifice at a sonic speed at the air amplification ratio of 25:1, using Coanda effect (the tendency of fluid to become attached to the surface of a curved body).
As Vortex Air Curtains use about 1/3 of air, the noise is within 70dBAat 7bar for all models, which is almost eliminated.

Blower
It needs a high investment cost and a large space for installation. Uses
VVortex Air Curtains are available in standard lengths of 6”, 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”and 36”. Materials available are aluminum and stainless steel. The stainless steel units are ideal for applications in corrosive areas or hygiene areas such as food line or pharmaceutical factory line.
Electronic components and PCB drying process, automobile parts processing, auto cleaning dry line, surface cleaning, rapid cooling of plastic injection and extrusion operation.
Cooling drinks or hot products, dry cooling for the products transferred by a conveyor, painting line cleaning, removal of moisture after washing products, andsaving of compressed air consumption by 50%.

No additional parts are required, and instant ON/OFF control is possible. As an explosion-proof structure, it is very safe.
