GMC300D P/S & Flow Controller
GMC300D Flow Controller는 기본적으로 MFC(Mass Flow Controller)에 Power(±15VDC)를 공급하고 Flow양을 Display하며 안정된 Set Point Voltage (0~5VDC)를 주어 MFC가 정확하게 Control 될 수 있도록 하는 장치이다.
이 Controller는 2 Channel 이 기본으로 장착되어 있으며, 모든 동작이 Micro Processor로 Control 되며 RS-232 Interface를 이용한 PC Control도 가능하다.
