761 Capacitance Manometers
일반적으로 진공 Chamber에 설치되어, 실제 전공 Chamber내에 압력을 읽어내는 게이지이며, 보통±12~30 VDC의 파워를 필요로 하고 0~10VDC 시그널의 출력을 가지는 Capacitance Manometer 는 반도체공정 및 진공 장비에 사용됩니다.
