Product Details

The XG1350 is a fully self-contained MEMS digital gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer. This device provides communication interfaces that facilitate its use with PCs. The XG1350 can be used either as the evaluation kit or as a stand-alone sensor. The XG1350 has USB communication interfaces. The XG1350 is a compact, low-cost yet very accurate sensing solution. The XG1350 uses MEMS sensors resulting in low-cost and high reliability. The XG1350 has a 50 Hz bandwidth and can measure rates up to ± 150 °/sec. The XG1350 minimizes the sensor error with the help of an adaptive reduced Kalman filter. The expected error contributed by drift is less than 10 °/h and the scale-factor is accurate within 0.5% of the scale factor. The XG1350 start-up time is less than one second and it does not require further calibration thereafter. The accelerometer can measure up to ± 2g and can be used to sense robot collisions, detect sudden motion changes or compute tilt when stationary. The XG1350 includes a monitoring program that allows testing the different sensor settings and operational modes. Because of its small size and low power consumption the XG1350 is suitable for applications that require direction estimation such as mobile devices and robots.

Microinfinity
Semi conductor sensor and Navigation sensor manufacturer, Aerospace, Telematics, Motion sensing, Intelligent robot development
Navigation is the technique of measuring position and attitude of moving objects. In recent years, the necessity of navigation has grown significantly, in the form of harmonized navigation solutions for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and smart guided missiles, safety gear for vehicles, telemetry systems and intelligent cleaning robots. Other areas as the IT market have also benefited from this technology in fields such as virtual reality, gaming, and smart remote controllers. Microinfinity Co., Ltd. specializes in navigation system technologies and was founded on March 2001 by professionals with over 20 years of research experience in the field of aerospace navigation. The goal of Microinfinity is to create a world where people from various fields can use localization information anywhere, at any time, through navigation technology. Microinfinity was created to be a "Total navigation solution provider" that provides core parts, system planning, and solutions. Microinfinity's mission is to facilitate convenient and comfortable life quality through creative navigation products. To this end, Microinfinity has become a true navigation solution partner by producing the best sensor and system products. Microinfinity owns IP technology that starts from basic sensors to full navigation systems, and is becoming the world leading navigation system company.
